Job Description:
HVAC Specific: All HVAC plant and controls (AHU’s, Fan’s, motors, Belt drives, All Refrigeration and Freezer room equipment and its associated controls), Good Mechanical Engineering Background, Operational experience in the operation of Utilities equipment.
Context and missions :

Main activities:

- Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent,
- 10 to15 years’ experience in the field of maintenance on oil and gas production installations,
- A basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations

Job Description:
- Ensures HSE policy fulfillment during his activities

Qualification and Requirement:
- HND or higher degree in mechanical engineering
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience as a mechanical technician in a related industry.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs.

Job Description:
- Responsible to organize the preparation and the execution of the commissioning activities of related to 2023 AKPO FPSO FFSD, in
operation, in a safe way during the life of the 2023 FFSD. - Assists pre-commissioning and commissioning activities during the 2023 AKPO FPSO FFSD.
- Service dimensions include working in TOTAL Energies Lagos office, Contractor yard and Site activities onboard AKPO FPSO.
MISSIONS:
- Promote HSE behavior within the commissioning activities and verifies that HSE procedures are implemented by commissioning
team. - Develop a strategy to minimize offshore commissioning and minimize lost time due to interfaces.
- Define, mobilize and manage an organization which will cover the preparation and the execution of commissioning.
- Manage the preparation of pre-commissioning/commissioning procedures and reporting tools (including technical database when applicable, planning, punch list control).
- Manage the execution of commissioning to achieve maximum productivity, minimize cost and achieve smooth hand over.

- Review and approve the commissioning dossiers prepared by the Contractor (including database populating and operational test procedures writing).

- Identify and address all interface issues with other project packages with respect to commissioning.
- Prepare overall commissioning plan.
Commissioning execution phase:
- Responsible for the overall safety of commissioning activities.
- Responsible for witnessing and monitoring the pre-commissioning activities performed by the Contractor.
- Countersign all pre-commissioning dossiers at Ready For Commissioning (RFC) status.
- Control all commissioning activities performed by the Contractor.
- Check progress against planning and recommend any necessary corrective actions, close follow up on punch list.
- Ensure correct reporting of commissioning activities in time frame.
- Report immediately any unexpected events which may affect the commissioning of the plant or the start up.
- Review and approve the commissioning dossiers after completion of commissioning activities and sign the Ready For Start Up and hand over certificates.

Job Description:
- Ensure onshore readiness of all 2023 FFSD related onshore fabrication and preparations related to the ECP scope.
- Supervision of FFSD Contractor and Sub-Contractor onshore fabrication and preparations related to the ECP scope.
- Responsible for the pre-mobilization preparation activities related to the ECP scope of the FFSD
- Responsible for managing offshore supervision of all intervention and construction related activities for the EC scope of the

MISSIONS:

- Ensures contractors have viable schedules for their work, recognizing interfaces with other ongoing company activities.
- Ensures that contractors maintain adequate records for all inspection and testing carried out.
- Participates in all pre-commissioning activities in conjunction with contractors’ staff and company operations staff.
- Maintains good relationships with FO/MTNC team, with DW-ECP teams and with Contractor(s), being flexible enough but also
strict when necessary.
PROFILE:
- Compliance with DW ECP HSE KPI & Objective and assist DW ECP in compliance with overall TUCN HSE requirement.
- Ensures HSE values are well understood and are not breached under any circumstance while carrying out offshore construction activities on the FPSO.
- Establishes accurate records keeping, project follow up and good progress reporting.
- Ensures effective and timely response to construction activity and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Validates offshore construction works by ensuring that they are accurate and meet overall Statement of Requirement.
Qualification and Requirement:
- Minimum Qualification: HND, B. Sc. /B. Eng. in Mechanical/Piping Engineering or equivalents with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Oil and Gas construction activities,
- Experience: Piping Site supervision, Installation, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning in an Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Industry preferably on an FPSO. Experience with Total FPSO in FFSD will be added advantage.
