Job Description:
HVAC Specific: All HVAC plant and controls (AHU’s, Fan’s, motors, Belt drives, All Refrigeration and Freezer room equipment and its associated controls), Good Mechanical Engineering Background, Operational experience in the operation of Utilities equipment.
Context and missions :

- He is responsible for maintenance operations within his field of competence.
- He guarantees a good level of availability of the equipment on production SITE.
- He plays a predominant role in the transfer of skills to personnel undergoing training and development by mentoring on SITE.
Main activities:

In his discipline, he/she is in charge to :
- Organize and perform on site the maintenance operations which are placed under his responsibility.
- Assist the Preparation / planning team by giving any
technical support for preparation of the jobs in his
discipline. - Manage interventions and prepare the technical reports related to the field.
- Is responsible of the specific tools of his team. (quantity and availability)

Specific activities

Qualifications and Requirements:

- The holder of this post must have the following qualifications:
- Higher National Diploma or Certificate (HND/HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent,
- 10 to15 years’ experience in the field of maintenance on oil and gas production installations,
- A basic knowledge of the process of oil and gas treatment, installations and a thorough knowledge of the equipment used in oil and gas treatment installations

Job Description:
- Ensures HSE policy fulfillment during his activities
- Establishes and maintains a strong safety culture in line with Company HSE Requirements and Rules

Main Activities

- Reporting to the Mechanical Supervisor & CSR, provide technical support.
- Responsible of operating and monitoring of 3 Dual powered SOLAR Turbines and Black Start Generator.
- Responsible for the replacement of filters, greasing of rotating parts, alignments, and replacement of standard parts.
- Responsible for checking operation mechanism of each mechanical equipment.
Qualification and Requirement:
- HND or higher degree in mechanical engineering
- A minimum of 7 years’ experience as a mechanical technician in a related industry.
- Extensive knowledge of mechanical engineering designs, installations, maintenance, and repairs.
- Proficiency in mechanical design and diagnostic testing software.
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Great organizational and time management abilities.

Job Description:
- Responsible to organize the preparation and the execution of the commissioning activities of related to 2023 AKPO FPSO FFSD, in
operation, in a safe way during the life of the 2023 FFSD. - Assists pre-commissioning and commissioning activities during the 2023 AKPO FPSO FFSD.
- Service dimensions include working in TOTAL Energies Lagos office, Contractor yard and Site activities onboard AKPO FPSO.
MISSIONS:
- Promote HSE behavior within the commissioning activities and verifies that HSE procedures are implemented by commissioning
team. - Develop a strategy to minimize offshore commissioning and minimize lost time due to interfaces.
- Define, mobilize and manage an organization which will cover the preparation and the execution of commissioning.
- Manage the preparation of pre-commissioning/commissioning procedures and reporting tools (including technical database when applicable, planning, punch list control).
- Manage the execution of commissioning to achieve maximum productivity, minimize cost and achieve smooth hand over.
- Co-ordinate with other project entities/existing facilities.

Commissioning preparation phase:
- Responsible for the review and the approval of the various commissioning preparation tasks to be performed by the Contractor:

- Review and approve the commissioning management procedures (hand over, interfaces, punch list, internal organization).
- Review and approve the commissioning dossiers prepared by the Contractor (including database populating and operational test procedures writing).
- Coordinate activities of the Company commissioning supervision team (system engineers, discipline supervisors, planning / punch list controller).
- Identify and address all interface issues with other project packages with respect to commissioning.
- Prepare overall commissioning plan.
Commissioning execution phase:
- Responsible for the overall safety of commissioning activities.
- Responsible for witnessing and monitoring the pre-commissioning activities performed by the Contractor.
- Countersign all pre-commissioning dossiers at Ready For Commissioning (RFC) status.
- Control all commissioning activities performed by the Contractor.
- Check progress against planning and recommend any necessary corrective actions, close follow up on punch list.
- Ensure correct reporting of commissioning activities in time frame.
- Report immediately any unexpected events which may affect the commissioning of the plant or the start up.
- Review and approve the commissioning dossiers after completion of commissioning activities and sign the Ready For Start Up and hand over certificates.
PROFILE:
- Compliance with DW ECP HSE KPI & Objective and assist DW ECP AKPO FPSO FFSD team in compliance with overall TUCN
HSE requirement. - Ensure effective and timely response to technical queries in compliance with set standards, company specifications and safety

Qualification and Requirement:
- At least a bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Professional experience: 8 to 10 years of experience in a lead commissioning role. Previous work experience in FSO/FPSO

Job Description:
- Ensure onshore readiness of all 2023 FFSD related onshore fabrication and preparations related to the ECP scope.
- Supervision of FFSD Contractor and Sub-Contractor onshore fabrication and preparations related to the ECP scope.
- Responsible for the pre-mobilization preparation activities related to the ECP scope of the FFSD
- Responsible for managing offshore supervision of all intervention and construction related activities for the EC scope of the
FFSD. - Manages a multi-disciplinary technical team from contractor, offshore efficiently and in a good working spirit.
- Provides onshore/offshore support to the ECP FFSD shutdown coordinator.
MISSIONS:
- Follow up readiness of all onshore items (materials, personnel, pre-fabs and premobilization, etc.) for all ECP major interventions
and campaigns. - Organize and supervise day to day ECP FFSD interventions works offshore to ensure successful delivery.
- Acts as the main point of contact of the ECP Contractor Site Representatives onshore and offshore.
- Evaluates construction issues on the worksite with Contractor and contribute to their resolution at worksite level whenever
possible. - Maintains offshore an updated register of all deviations and non-conformances and develop them into a punch list of items to be
resolved where applicable. - Monitors the overall progress of the contractors against schedule, providing reporting on same to line management, highlighting
the potential for slippage and propose remedial actions and signing contractor daily reports - Perform site surveys to proffer solutions to site issues and provide inputs to preparation of Scope of works for fabrication and
site construction activities. - Assists in constructability reviews and the planning and scheduling of construction jobs.
- Reports any site issue to ECP site Superintendent and maintain regular and efficient information to him.
- Ensures that activities performed on site fulfil all HSE requirements.
- Implements with Contractor Site Representative, Risk assessments for all activities and ensure identified mitigations are in
place. - Ensures close Liaison with contractors and their sub-contractors, ensuring all permits to work are in place before the start of any
campaign. - Reviews construction contractors’ work procedures; assess contractors’ personnel and equipment for suitability for the work.
- Ensures contractors have viable schedules for their work, recognizing interfaces with other ongoing company activities.
- Ensures that contractors maintain adequate records for all inspection and testing carried out.
- Participates in all pre-commissioning activities in conjunction with contractors’ staff and company operations staff.
- Maintains good relationships with FO/MTNC team, with DW-ECP teams and with Contractor(s), being flexible enough but also
strict when necessary.
PROFILE:
- Compliance with DW ECP HSE KPI & Objective and assist DW ECP in compliance with overall TUCN HSE requirement.
- Ensures HSE values are well understood and are not breached under any circumstance while carrying out offshore construction activities on the FPSO.
- Establishes accurate records keeping, project follow up and good progress reporting.
- Ensures effective and timely response to construction activity and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Validates offshore construction works by ensuring that they are accurate and meet overall Statement of Requirement.
Qualification and Requirement:
- Minimum Qualification: HND, B. Sc. /B. Eng. in Mechanical/Piping Engineering or equivalents with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Oil and Gas construction activities,
- Experience: Piping Site supervision, Installation, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning in an Oil and Gas Exploration and Production Industry preferably on an FPSO. Experience with Total FPSO in FFSD will be added advantage.
