Job Description:
- Translate the blueprints and dimensions on drawings to perform aligning, loading, operating, and other related tasks.
- Oil and grease the machines and ensuring their proper workability.
- Adjust the operating speed and control the load of the machines.
- Arrange and set up the material handling equipment and machineries.
- Monitor the machine operations to see that the finished products and components are aptly matching with the quality and quantity constraints of the company.
- Provide minor specifications to upgrade the systems as required.
- Examine and discard defective goods and packaging components.
- Replenish, stock, and sort the packaging supplies.
- Recalibrate and clean the machineries after completing the production activities.
- Maintain a report of the total measure of products manufactured per day.
- Check the newly installed machines for their efficiency and delivering a report for the same to supervisor.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient running of machines.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School diploma or its equivalent. Certified in Precision Sheet Metal Operator (PSMO), Computer Numerical Control (CNC), and/or any other relevant certification is a plus.
- Min 3-5 years of proven work experience as Machine operator in a manufacturing/industrial environment.
Salary Range: ₦50,000 – ₦100,000/month

Job Description:
Manage a team of Powder Coaters, responsible for the complete powder coating process. Estimate material requirements, assign tasks, evaluate work progress, ensure that safety guidelines are respected, recommend corrective actions, and train staff.
Duties
- Supervising production line (powder coating section) in accordance with plant policies and procedure.
- Responsible for shift schedule, workstation assignments/rotations, staff annual leaves, overtime.
- Schedule and conduct section meetings.
- Responsible for preparation of parts for coating.
- Ensure all principles and practices of powder coating application.
- Observe all coating equipment including electrostatics guns, machine gauges to detect defects.
- Ensure baking at appropriate temperatures within limited time.
- Ensure that all canopy parts produced are well coated and production activities consistent with company established goals for quality and customers specifications.
- Ensure quality standards and processes are used throughout facility.
Qualification and Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in relevant courses.
- Min 5-7 years of proven work experience in powder coating.
- Strong exposure to Industrial/Manufacturing environment.

Job Description:
The SSO will have to focus on customer retention, new customers inflow, contracts handling, payments handling, emergency calls/YSA renewal for the Air Condition Maintenance Business.
Duties
- Prepare and follow up YSA service agreement proposals/quotation to customers.
- Prepare and process quotations for customers (Maintenance Service, Service Renewal).
- Update customers’ information on AX dynamics and File all clients’ documents for official use.
- Create project IDs and generate Sales Agreement numbers for all new MTA clients.
- Follow up with customers and resolve issues related to aftersales maintenance with the concerned department.
- Attend to any escalations regarding all clients.
- Provide credit control with updated price list of clients.
- Attend client Spare Part request and escalate to support Spare Part Officers in charge at the head office. (Where necessary)
- Process documents for maintenance and spare parts’ contracts after payment has been confirmed.
- Prepare all servicing quotation single service contract, RYSA and NYSA.
- Take up IMS responsibilities such as reporting unsafe act, condition or procedure in the workplace, participating in fire or emergency drill at work, participating in incident reporting and investigation when necessary and adherence to Company policies.
Qualification and Requirement:
- HND or Graduate Administration, Business Management or equivalent.
- Min 3-5 years of relevant experience in the same field.
Salary Range: ₦150,000 – ₦200,000/month
